Graded lobsters floating in crates in
our holding tank. Water is brought in directly from the Atlantic
Ocean. The holding temperatures are controlled, and the
water is monitored, to ensure our lobsters are kept at ideal
conditions.

Our holding tanks can hold up to
300,000 pounds of lobsters at any given time. These are kept in
crates in the short term, and tubed in cages for the long term.
This volume allows us to ensure that product is always available
for our customers in the sizes they need.

Our grading area allows us to work
quickly and efficiently so that orders can be packed and ready for
shipment in the shortest time possible. This helps lower mortality
and ensures our product arrives in good condition.
